Reservation Terms:

Reservations have to be made by writing by fax, e-mail or mail stating your full name, your credit card information (including security code on your card and its expiration date). We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Your reservation request must include a signed statement giving us the authorization to charge your credit card in order to guaranty your reservation.

You can prepay your reservation in full, too, by sending a personal or company check (US only) or transfer the amount in full to one of our below stated bank accounts.

Changes and Cancellation Terms:

We can accept changes or cancellations without charge if the changes or cancellations are done in writing fax, e-mail or mail within at least one week in advance -in high season 3 weeks in advance- before the prior confirmed arrival date. Changes and cancellation received later before the confirmed arrival date will be charged and billed to your credit card with 50% of the full amount of the reservation value (may include breakfast, tours, etc.). "No Shows" will be handled accordingly!
